Madison was very informative on what needed done on first inspection. After all issues were taken care of we hit the market running. The house had many offers and she suggested an open house. After the open house we accepted an offer that was above listing price. We had some more issues to resolve after inspection was completed. Madison new who to call on all my housing issues. She kept a positive attitude and was always cheerful during phone conversations. Overall it was a very pleasant experience selling a house with Madison.
