Aimee Debacca is an awesome Realtor. She was very understanding of my needs. She also helped me through the procedure of buying this home after I lost my husband in a tragic accident. This is the first home I bought on my own and she made it very easy and uncomplicated. She was there helping me with the appraisal, the inspections and made sure that all the inspections were done correctly. Mrs. DeBaca was absolutely amazing in assisting my husband and I in the sale of our home! She is clearly very knowledgeable in her field and very attentive to our needs. Her negotiation skills are great; we were on a strict timeline and she finalized the sale of our home way before the needed date. I can’t say enough about how Awesome Anna Sells of Team Hubbert was during our buying and selling process.
