Heather Alford did an amazing job handling the selling of the home that we loved so much and of course buying exactly what we wanted at the exact same time! And Jordan Tucker Brown with Florida Mortgage Firm was steller in every single way! Not one time did we ever feel like we were just a customer with either of them. They went to bat for us. Quite literally went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure we didnt lose our minds through the process. Heather made sure we understood every single detaiI every step of the way. From the first phone call, the first meeting, the contract, the questions, the showings, the open houses, the signed contract, to closing - John made it a great process. It was easy for us as homeowners and he took care of everything. Any questions, he gave us the answer. We had zero problems and zero issues with the selling of our home. He sold our home when others in the area are sitting on the market for months. Our home was under contract in less than 5 weeks and closed in under 90 days. The team was amazing and everything worked out perfect. I would use John for every home I sold. If I ever buy again, I will use John for the purchase as well.
