Jill Amundson was born and raised in Golden Valley, MN. She attended Robbinsdale Armstrong High School and later attended Minnesota State University, Mankato.
Jill’s passion for real estate began after college. She actively purchased and renovated homes while working in sales and marketing positions within various health care settings. She was always drawn to homes that were “fixer uppers!” Always envisioning what they could become and creating that outcome. From St. Louis Park, Maple Grove, to Minneapolis - townhomes, single family homes, and duplexes were lived in, renovated, and then sold. Jill and her husband, John, have owned duplexes in these Minneapolis neighborhoods - Uptown, Kingfield, and Seward. They enjoy owning and managing their investment properties.
The Amundson family, Jill, husband - John, and their two daughters, currently live in Southwest Minneapolis in the Lynnhurst neighborhood. They enjoy living near Lake Harriet, the great walkability to fantastic restaurants, and the numerous bike trails to explore the city. As often as they can, they spend time at their cabin in Alexandria, Minnesota.

Emily Leach is a Minneapolis native who resides in Plymouth/Wayzata with her three active children. She has previously lived in several neighborhoods in the Twin Cities, including Minneapolis, Edina, and Eagan, but has called Plymouth home for the past seventeen years.
Outside of work, Emily likes to stay active by training for running races, volunteering at her children's school, and supporting her kids at their sporting events, whether on the ice or the field. She is also an outdoor enthusiast and enjoys spending time on Minnesota's beautiful lakes.

Born and raised in the Twin Cities, Heather Grant brings a deep understanding of the metro area and its unique neighborhoods to her work in real estate. Heather graduated from Breck School and continued her education at the University of Iowa, earning a double major in Communications and Art. Her studies took her abroad for a year to Florence, Italy, where her love for architecture, art, food, and travel began and continue to inspire her today.
Heather began her career in public relations and special events before transitioning into advertising, where she spent over 15 years as a designer and art director. After welcoming her first child, Heather and her husband Johnny, relocated from Scottsdale, Arizona, to Denver, Colorado, where she embraced her role as a mother while continuing freelance design work. When the opportunity arose to return to Minnesota, the Grants eagerly settled in the Wayzata area, where they now raise their two children, Sophia and Sammy.

The Agent every buyer needs
Jerome was hands-down one of the best parts of our home buying experience. As first-time buyers, we had some clue of what we were doing, but Jerome filled in all the gaps and never once made us feel silly for asking basic questions. He’d break things down so clearly it was like having a friend in the industry walk us through it step by step — no jargon, no rushing us, just straight answers we could understand. Beyond that, he genuinely put together the right team around us and made sure every piece of the process clicked into place. It never felt like he was just trying to close a deal — it felt like he actually had our backs and wanted us to end up in the right house, not just a house. If you’re buying your first home (or your fifth) and want someone who’ll explain everything, answer every text, and genuinely look out for you, Jerome is that guy. Facilitation with flair :)
Jill did an amazing job helping us facilitate an off market purchase. She really anticipated all buyer and seller needs. For example, she provided both parties helpful comps at the same time. She did a great job explaining all the complexity within the purchase agreement. I honestly wish we hadn’t already had a different realtor hired to sell our house cause I would’ve liked to use Jill.

The best of the best!
Jill is a phenomenal realtor. She has amazing intuition, is a fierce advocate for her clients, and has such a lovely disposition. She is amazing at predicting needs, eases tension when stressful situations arise, and defended us throughout the process. We had some challenging navigation with our purchase and she went above and beyond to support us and advocate for us. Couldn’t ask for anymore.
