Todd and Deena had a great team that assisted with this process as well. They had an awesome photographer and the title company was great to work with too. It was pretty seamless. I would recommend this team as we saved a bundle working with them. As a former realtor myself, I knew what we would need to do to get the home in selling condition. (Declutter, updating, home staging etc, so I didn't need help with that.) However, they offered suggestions with this tif needed.

From market knowledge to staging to negotiating, she provided excellent advice and her communication skills are outstanding. She is clearly passionate about every aspect of real estate. We had a couple of challenging situations arise and she guided us through them perfectly. She is very detailed and tenacious. She quickly gets answers to any question that may arise. She’s an excellent negotiator. We were ready to sign and she advised us to hold out for a better deal and she was right. We could not be more pleased with Bree.
