⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We couldn't have asked for a better realtor than Nicole! She guided us through selling our townhouse and buying our dream home, and thanks to her, we got it! Nicole was an excellent communicator throughout the entire process and always kept us informed. She shared her knowledge and recommendations, but never pressured us. Instead, she respected our decisions, answered every question we had, and helped us feel confident every step of the way. What stood out most was how genuinely she advocated for us. It was clear that she always had our family's best interests at heart, and that gave us so much peace of mind during what could have been a stressful process. We are incredibly grateful for all of her hard work and would wholeheartedly recommend Nicole to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Thank you for helping our family sell one home and find the perfect one to make new memories in!

We have had 10 different agents in the past. Bree is the best one we have ever had. Her advice was spot on. From market knowledge to staging to negotiating, she provided excellent advice and her communication skills are outstanding. She is clearly passionate about every aspect of real estate. We had a couple of challenging situations arise and she guided us through them perfectly. She is very detailed and tenacious. She quickly gets answers to any question that may arise. She’s an excellent negotiator. We were ready to sign and she advised us to hold out for a better deal and she was right. We could not be more pleased with Bree. You will not be disappointed if you choose her as your agent!

Susan was very helpful and found us the perfect house! Also sold ours quickly

It took eight months and half a dozen rejected offers; finally, we got one. It was crazy, prices were sky rocketing, and people were paying. Throughout the entire time, Carol was patient, pleasant and persistent. To top it off, even after our offer was accepted, she continued to accel making sure I checked into everything. She provided connections to all aspects of home maintenance and home improvement, inside tips on what works well for this and that; and what impressed me the most was the way she stepped in to make sure I wasn't being overly stressed out by people demanding document after document during the closing period.

We were looking for a townhouse in Minneapolis near our family. We found one 2 blocks from where they live, and Barbara was wonderful in handling all the details, checking out the townhouse for us, and arranging for painting and other work. The whole process was seamless. I highly recommend Barbara if you need an agent in Minneapolis.

Leigh does a wonderful job at figuring out the best homes to show. She listens and cares about your input. She found me the PERFECT townhome in an area I didn't know I even wanted to live in - I love it!
