It took eight months and half a dozen rejected offers; finally, we got one. It was crazy, prices were sky rocketing, and people were paying. Throughout the entire time, Carol was patient, pleasant and persistent. To top it off, even after our offer was accepted, she continued to accel making sure I checked into everything. She provided connections to all aspects of home maintenance and home improvement, inside tips on what works well for this and that; and what impressed me the most was the way she stepped in to make sure I wasn't being overly stressed out by people demanding document after document during the closing period.

Working with Carol was easy, she was very knowledgeable in both towns I was selling and buying in. She checked in a lot and answered questions quickly. Carol's attention to details is unsurpassed. She is so professional, yet very approachable and knowledgeable regarding real estate on both sides of the sale. She added small signs throughout our house pointing out specific features that might not be outright noticeable by the buyer; for instance, calling attention to upgrades we had done to flooring, countertops, as well as, our beautiful backyard features. She made sure we were always kept informed as to the progress of the sale and was always eager to answer questions as they came about. We could call her at any time and she was there for us. Our house sold in record time, well above asking price! We couldn't be more satisfied!
