She provided connections to all aspects of home maintenance and home improvement, inside tips on what works well for this and that; and what impressed me the most was the way she stepped in to make sure I wasn't being overly stressed out by people demanding document after document during the closing period.

She added small signs throughout our house pointing out specific features that might not be outright noticeable by the buyer; for instance, calling attention to upgrades we had done to flooring, countertops, as well as, our beautiful backyard features. She made sure we were always kept informed as to the progress of the sale and was always eager to answer questions as they came about. We could call her at any time and she was there for us. Our house sold in record time, well above asking price! We couldn't be more satisfied!
