Our experience with Mark was extraordinary and we highly recommend him. Although considered the metro area our house and property were in a rural area. We had lived in the home almost 30 years and Mark took the time to ask questions and understand our circumstances so that we felt comfortable that he could accurately communicate everything we loved about the house to other agents and potential buyers. Mark provided us with solid advice and direction to get our house ready to put on the market, and after it was on the market he was quick to respond to our questions and kept us updated after every showing. We first had Michelle come out to our house and give an appraisal. We weren’t ready to sell, but she was able to talk us into fixing a few things up and getting it on the market. We were very surprised at the appraisal she gave us. Higher than what we thought. ( we also had 2 offers in just one day and we took the offer that was the best. Sold for over what we were asking.) What a great feeling to know the hard work we put into getting the house ready to sell paid off. She’s been an agent for 20 years and I can see why she’s the best in the business, she sure knows her stuff. She was always very quick to respond to a text message and keeping us very well informed on every process we were going through on both buying and selling the two houses.
