From setting up meetings to dial in our wants and needs to asking all the right questions during inspection that I forgot ! Great communication and quick at that. Even helped us with an offer while traveling with her family. She made sure my husband and I stayed informed throughout the whole process. Never felt like I was waiting on her for answers. Amazing advice for what to offer and negotiate...we got baby gates put into the offer, which have been a life saver. Even now that the process is all said and done she is assisting with her magazine in recommendations for home improvement and places to go in the Twin Cities! She is very personable too! We got a christmas card from her and her family and hand written "Thinking of you" cards here and there ! Anyways, if you are looking to buy in this crazy market, choose Nicole !!! Hands down !
