I was acting as guardian and conservator for a woman who could no longer live independently due to declining health and dementia. It was my responsibility to sell her home. I contacted Dave to provide a valuation of her property, list and sell the home. Because the courts were involved, the property was evaluated by two appraisers and I could not sell the home for less than the appraised value. Dave made recommendations that made the home more marketable. The home was priced competitively, and we received multiple offers that exceeded the asking price. Dave and his assistant, Janelle, were always competent and responsive. They did an excellent job from beginning to end!
