We contacted Jeff in February of 2026 to get help selling my sister's condominium in Coon Rapids, Minnesota. He immediately began to get the process started. He explained the process to us. He stayed in contact with us by e-mail, text, and phone with any questions and concerns he had about the sale. He explained carefully everything that we would need to do in the process of the sale. He was always very professional, but also very caring. He is very easy to approach. When we were finally able to meet, he carefully explained every detail of the process. We completed the paperwork and moved out quickly. He went the next day and touched up my sister's condominium. He took pictures, and the condo was listed that day. I began to get notices of showings. In five days, we had 2 offers. Jeff walked us through what each offer was about. We accepted one. 25 days later, the sale was complete. We ran into some snags, but he diligently and persistently made contact with the agency from which we needed to get information. Every step of the way, he reassured us, helped us ,and explained tough requirements. We very much appreciated his service to our family through his vocation.

Becca excelled in her attention to detail by assisting with staging using her experience in marketing to make the best first impression to buyers. She built a trusting relationship by responding to all our questions in a timely manner. Her and The Eaton Group team kept current to what the housing market was doing and kept a realistic view to guide us throughout the selling process. We cant recommend Haeley enough if you are looking for a realtor. She has quickly turned into someone that we not only respect, but deeply admire. When you are selling or buying a house, you want someone who is a good communicator because SO many questions will arise. Haeley is excellent at responding and helping answer anything and everything that comes up. She is thorough, very knowledgeable, fair and just an all around hard worker. Selling or buying a home is a big deal, finding someone to help you do that who is trustworthy is imperative - that is Haeley.
