Excellent communicator and negotiator.
Ryan is very professional and genuinely cares about his clients. He always answered my questions in a timely manner. Not only did he sell my house, but he helped me find a great townhome in the perfect location. His knowledge of the market and excellent negotiation skills got my offer accepted for $9,000 below asking price. He even gave me some recommendations for handymen in the area for some projects that I want to do. I can’t thank him enough for his help and would recommend him to anyone.

Excellent communicator with strong knowledge of the market.
I can’t say enough good things about Ryan! This is the second time I’ve had him as my realtor. Selling my home of 20 years seemed like an overwhelming task, but he guided me through the process with professionalism and genuine care about my situation. He was always there to answer my questions and would call just to check in to see how things were going. His strong knowledge of the real estate market along with his negotiating skills allowed me to get a full priced offer on my house. I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out and would recommend Ryan to anyone.

Purchasing undeveloped land was intimidating. Ryan put us at ease by sharing his own experiences.
We were excited and nervous about about purchasing land to build our forever home. We found the right fit for us and fell in love with a piece of land. Ryan walked the property with us multiple times rain or shine (literally). He helped us answer any and all questions we had and if he didn’t know the answers, he did the research or asked the right people in order to find the answer. In addition to purchasing property, we also needed to sell our current home. He walked us through the process and he was accommodating to our family of 3 dogs. We sold the house within 12 hours of putting it on the market! He made selling very easy. Ryan, thank you for helping our family transition!
