Ryan Benjamin

Ryan was very professional and easy to work with every step of the way. I never felt pressured to make a decision on anything one way or another, he was easy to reach, and had solid advice. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Knowledgeable a with clear communication. Willing to help at the drop of a hat.

Ryan is very professional and genuinely cares about his clients. He always answered my questions in a timely manner. Not only did he sell my house, but he helped me find a great townhome in the perfect location. His knowledge of the market and excellent negotiation skills got my offer accepted for $9,000 below asking price. He even gave me some recommendations for handymen in the area for some projects that I want to do. I can’t thank him enough for his help and would recommend him to anyone.

I can’t say enough good things about Ryan! This is the second time I’ve had him as my realtor. Selling my home of 20 years seemed like an overwhelming task, but he guided me through the process with professionalism and genuine care about my situation. He was always there to answer my questions and would call just to check in to see how things were going. His strong knowledge of the real estate market along with his negotiating skills allowed me to get a full priced offer on my house. I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out and would recommend Ryan to anyone.

Ryan always communicated with me. I always knew what was going on with the selling of my house. My house sold for more than I expected. I will definitely tell people about him and his professionalism.
