The process was smooth and well organized. I loved how knowledgeable, attentive, patience, professional, and helpful our realtor was throughout the experience. Our realtor is hardworking, responsive, and was always quick to get back to us no matter what time or day of the week. It was an enjoyable experience as first-time homebuyers. We truly appreciate all the help and support throughout the process!

Heidi Haaland is an amazing person, friend, and realtor. She has provided us with exceptional customer service for all of our home sales and the purchase of new houses. She is very professional, thoughtful, and caring every step of the way. She always puts you and your needs first helping you make the right decisions as we have sold and purchased our homes. Heidi is the #1 Realtor in Minnesota! Thank you, Heidi, for your continued trust we have in you and your caring heart! You have become a great friend to us and we value your talent. You make us feel like we are all family!

I truly cannot say enough incredible things about Heidi. From start to finish, she was patient, supportive, and genuinely invested in me every step of the way. Buying a home can be overwhelming, emotional, and stressful — and somehow, she managed to make the entire process feel manageable and even exciting. She always took the time to listen, never rushed me, and made sure I felt heard and confident in every decision. No question was ever too small, no concern was brushed aside, and she went so far above and beyond more times than I can count. It honestly felt like she cared just as much about this purchase as I did. There is absolutely no way I could have done this without her. I can’t imagine having worked with anyone else, and I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. If you want someone who is knowledgeable, responsive, compassionate, and truly exceptional at what they do — Heidi is it. Forever grateful.

I can’t say enough good things about Ryan! This is the second time I’ve had him as my realtor. Selling my home of 20 years seemed like an overwhelming task, but he guided me through the process with professionalism and genuine care about my situation. He was always there to answer my questions and would call just to check in to see how things were going. His strong knowledge of the real estate market along with his negotiating skills allowed me to get a full priced offer on my house. I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out and would recommend Ryan to anyone.

Ryan always communicated with me. I always knew what was going on with the selling of my house. My house sold for more than I expected. I will definitely tell people about him and his professionalism.

We were excited and nervous about about purchasing land to build our forever home. We found the right fit for us and fell in love with a piece of land. Ryan walked the property with us multiple times rain or shine (literally). He helped us answer any and all questions we had and if he didn’t know the answers, he did the research or asked the right people in order to find the answer. In addition to purchasing property, we also needed to sell our current home. He walked us through the process and he was accommodating to our family of 3 dogs. We sold the house within 12 hours of putting it on the market! He made selling very easy. Ryan, thank you for helping our family transition!

Kim was an amazing person to work with, she got my wife and I into our dream home. She took care of so much for us, on both buying and selling. No matter the situation, Kim worked her butt off to find a solution. She is someone you can trust and really share your thoughts to. She is a straight shooter and gets the job done. I would recommend her to anyone and will definitely call her when we are ready to buy a new home in the future.

When I was deciding to sell my home, I asked a friend for a recommendation for a realtor to work with. I was given Kim's name and I called her that day. Right from that very first phone call, I knew that working with Kim was going to be a great experience, and I wasn't wrong. Kim's knowledge and experience helped my home selling / buying adventure to be without stress and actually fun at times. She with with me during the moments of stress, and she was there to celebrate when the process was moving along. Kim was very thorough in her research, and she took the time to explain all of the aspects of selling / buying and she went through all of the paperwork as it came up. Her marketing of my home was top-notch, and as a result of her hard work, my home sold in 2 days. And as a buyer of a newly constructed home, she helped me with all of the ins and outs of that and worked with me daily on the hiccups that came up. I would absolutely go to Kim if I ever move again.
