Kimberleeann (Kim) Kuhn | REALTOR®
I've always believed buying or selling a home is about so much more than real estate. It's about people, family, memories, new beginnings, and sometimes saying goodbye to a place that's been filled with a lifetime of memories.
Helping people has always been at the heart of everything I do. Long before I became a REALTOR®, I owned a local business, volunteered as a firefighter, raised my family in Andover, and built lasting relationships throughout the community I've proudly called home since 1999. Looking back, every chapter of my life has centered around serving others.
Real estate became a natural extension of that.
Whether I'm helping first-time buyers purchase their very first home, guiding a growing family into their next chapter, assisting with an estate sale after the loss of a loved one, or helping longtime homeowners sell the home where they raised their family, I never lose sight of what this moment means to them. My goal is to make the process as smooth as possible while helping my clients feel informed, supported, and confident in every decision they make.
I believe in honest conversations, clear communication, attention to detail, and doing what's right, even when it's the harder path. I want my clients to know they can ask questions, lean on me for guidance, and trust that I'll always have their best interests at heart.
One of the greatest compliments I can receive is when past clients recommend me to their family and friends. Those referrals mean the world to me because they're built on trust, and many of those client relationships have grown into lasting friendships.
I'm proud to serve Andover and the surrounding North Metro communities while helping buyers and sellers throughout the Twin Cities when life takes them there. Backed by the resources of Coldwell Banker Realty and the Centric Homes Team, I combine local market knowledge with professional marketing, strong negotiation, and a commitment to providing the kind of personal service my clients deserve.
When I'm not working, you'll usually find me spending time with my husband, children, and grandchildren, working in my gardens, traveling, or simply enjoying the people who matter most.
At the end of the day, real estate isn't about houses. It's about helping people move forward with confidence, knowing they had someone they could trust by their side from beginning to end.
