There are no words that can truly share the experience that Kim Kuhn offered to the Quanrud/Yackley family- however will try! From the inception of selling one property to the purchase of another and the sale of that said property in over a 13-14 month’s timeframe. Kim offered compassion, professionalism and her real estate expertise when our family was acting on personal emotions from death of a husband to a death of a sister! We know she acted numerous times with personal sacrifice of her personal/professional lifestyle to aid in the selling and purchase of the involved properties! Although there had to be times when we tried her patience with our family situation- Kim demonstrated the utmost courteous, compassionate, knowledge, excellent communicator and professionalisms as we were family versus clients! We would highly recommend Kim Kuhn again if in need of real estate services and Coldwell Bankers can be honored to have her as a team member who represents their business so reputable! How does one put into words how Kim did her job for her clients and also to her team- simply awesome and “thank you” just doesn’t seem adequate!

Kim made the experience way less stressful and gave us full confidence that we would be able to sell our house. I have recommended her before and continue to recommended her to other family and friends in I know. Kim is also a person you can become friends with, I know I have and I still talk to her. She is an amazing person and I absolutely loved her as my Realtor!

Kim made our whole house buying and selling experience as low stress as we could have possibly dreamed for. She helped us with our house hunting process in ways that we didn't expect but really needed and thus helping us find our dream home. She helped stage our house that allowed for us to get a full ask offer in a challenging housing market and we couldn't have been more pleased with the results and how she handled everything. Saying she went above and beyond is a gross understatement. Even when going through the closing process, there were things happening on the buyers end that we didn't need to know at the time but she kept us in the loop for what we needed but shielded us from things we couldn't control and would only stress about. She gave us the perfect amount of proactive communication and was always willing to answer whatever questions we had while never hiding any information. We would 100% use her again if we ever needed an agent and cannot recommend her and her team enough!
