Sam was great to work with and really went above and beyond to help our family buy our new home. He never came across as pushy or overly salesy and clearly had our best interests in mind when guiding us through strategies and pointing out potential issues with houses that could become problematic in the future. We ended up making an offer on a property being sold "As-Is" and won against multiple offers. From there, Sam paid out of his own pocket for a roofing contractor to perform a full in-depth roof assessment, as well as a general contractor to provide us estimates on what would need repairs or replacements in the future. We ended up securing thousands in seller-paid closing costs, and the property even appraised for higher than the price we offered. Sam is a great agent who makes sure you're buying the right house without leaving money on the table, and I would highly recommend him.
