Natalie was very quick and responsive to what were requesting. She kept us updated with everything we needed to do. Once we picked a house she promptly went to to check it out (we were remote) and face timed us through the whole place.

I’ve known Amber for over a decade and worked with her once upon a time. When it was time to pick a realtor I knew that she was the one for us. She is thorough, her communication is spot on, very personable and detail oriented. She always has been, and always will be. We completed our home purchase while we were out of state, when I came to town she had no issues running around with me all day looking at a bunch of houses - when we didn’t find something we were quite happy with, she was able to FaceTime and show us homes that way. Once we put an offer in on a home, if I wanted another look at something in the home she had no issues going back and FaceTiming again. Closing process was quick and easy at her office in Rogers if you have young kids, she’s just another reason to pick her because they had plenty of suckers and toys to keep them entertained while filling out all the paperwork to keep the process as stress free as possible. Jeneane was a total professional from beginning to end in getting our house on the market and sold. We originally bought this house in 2009 when she was the listing agent and that is why I chose her as my agent in selling it 16 years later after the unexpected death of my spouse. Jeneane walked me through every step of the way and I feel she went above and beyond in helping me navigate the entire process. If I had a question, she was always there to answer it, make calls for me, let me know who to contact, etc. She took so much stress of my shoulders, especially under the circumstances I was dealing with. She made the whole experience very seamless and always encouraged me along the way. I could not have gone through this process without her knowledge and expertise. I truly feel she went above and beyond to help me with the entire process. She provided me with contact names/numbers to call for inspections, questions for our County, etc. My son (Scott) lives in Kentucky, so Jeneane would include him in emails and texts to keep him in the loop of everything.
