Real estate has always been a part of my life. I’m a second-generation Realtor and have been helping buyers and sellers since 2002. More than 350 homes later, I still genuinely love what I do—and for me, it has always been about the people first.
I specialize in Rogers, Otsego, Elk River, Maple Grove and the surrounding northwest Twin Cities communities, with more than 100 homes sold in the Rogers/Otsego/Elk River area alone. Knowing the local market goes beyond knowing home values. It’s understanding the neighborhoods, what buyers are looking for, how homes are selling and what it takes to make a property stand out.
About 80% of my business comes from past clients and referrals, which means a lot to me. My goal isn’t just to help you buy or sell one house—it’s to be the Realtor you trust enough to call again and recommend to your family and friends.
For my sellers, I’m very hands-on from the beginning. I’ll help you decide what’s worth doing before you list (and what isn’t), determine the right pricing strategy, prepare your home to show its best and create a marketing plan designed specifically for your property. I use professional photography, targeted digital advertising, social media, direct-to-buyer marketing, extensive Realtor networking and detailed market data to give your home maximum exposure. Once the offers come in, I’ll help you look beyond just the price, negotiate the best terms and stay on top of everything through closing.
For my buyers, I’ll help you understand the market, spot potential issues, determine what a home is really worth, write a strong offer and negotiate with your best interests in mind. And whether you’re buying or selling, I’ll always tell you what I really think—even when it may not be what you were expecting to hear.
I’m responsive, hands-on and available when my clients need me. Real estate can be stressful enough, so I work hard to keep the process straightforward, low-stress and even a little fun.
I’m also a Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®) and enjoy helping clients through every stage of life—from buying their first home to selling a longtime family home and downsizing for the next chapter.
After more than 20 years in real estate, my philosophy is pretty simple: work hard, communicate, be honest and treat people the way I would want to be treated.
People First. Always.
