Mark was a true professional who was able to help guide us through a "rough" lot split, in order to sell the home. His referral network is vast, as he referred us to a very qualified surveyor, title attorney, roofing company and remodeling contractor. All were needed to get the home prepped for sale. He is a great communicator, knowing when to text, email or when to pick up the phone to have a more in-depth conversation. His response time was very quick and very much appreciated as this was a "tricky" sale of a home that the church owned. His market analysis was spot on.
