Jeneane was a total professional from beginning to end in getting our house on the market and sold. We originally bought this house in 2009 when she was the listing agent and that is why I chose her as my agent in selling it 16 years later after the unexpected death of my spouse. Jeneane walked me through every step of the way and I feel she went above and beyond in helping me navigate the entire process. If I had a question, she was always there to answer it, make calls for me, let me know who to contact, etc. She took so much stress of my shoulders, especially under the circumstances I was dealing with. She made the whole experience very seamless and always encouraged me along the way. I could not have gone through this process without her knowledge and expertise. I truly feel she went above and beyond to help me with the entire process. She provided me with contact names/numbers to call for inspections, questions for our County, etc. My son (Scott) lives in Kentucky, so Jeneane would include him in emails and texts to keep him in the loop of everything. If he had questions, he would call her also. Scott was very impressed with how she handled the entire process also. Jeneane is truly a "top notch" Agent. I would recommend her to anyone who is thinking of selling their home.
Alyssa recently helped us sell our house, pole barns and 20 acres of land near Zimmerman. We couldn’t be more pleased with the results. After living in this home for 35 years we decided to downsize to something with less maintenance. We had no idea where to start. Alyssa got us going by helping us get ready for a large moving sale. She suggested we do minor renovations in the house (paint and lights) and helped us find people to do the work. She helped us find people and companies to inspect and upgrade our well and septic system, furnace and AC, roof and siding, and electrical equipment. Alyssa and her team spent a considerable amount of time on a photo shoot of the house and a drone flyover of the property for advance advertising before the first open house. The photos were beautiful and made us both wonder “why are we moving?” (then we came back to reality). The open house had a lot of interest and we sold in 2 days with a great offer. Selling in a rural area is a different challenge than selling in the city. Alyssa did a great job meeting these challenges. I highly recommend her. She really put in the time.
