Jeneane was a total professional from beginning to end in getting our house on the market and sold. We originally bought this house in 2009 when she was the listing agent and that is why I chose her as my agent in selling it 16 years later after the unexpected death of my spouse. Jeneane walked me through every step of the way and I feel she went above and beyond in helping me navigate the entire process. If I had a question, she was always there to answer it, make calls for me, let me know who to contact, etc. She took so much stress of my shoulders, especially under the circumstances I was dealing with. She made the whole experience very seamless and always encouraged me along the way. I could not have gone through this process without her knowledge and expertise. I truly feel she went above and beyond to help me with the entire process. She provided me with contact names/numbers to call for inspections, questions for our County, etc. My son (Scott) lives in Kentucky, so Jeneane would include him in emails and texts to keep him in the loop of everything. If he had questions, he would call her also. Scott was very impressed with how she handled the entire process also. Jeneane is truly a "top notch" Agent.
