Dave was was an excellent asset in helping us find a townhouse for my father. We toured many properties and when we found the right one, he provided guidance on the offer we made. Additionally when some issues with the purchase popped up, Dave was very helpful working with the mortgage company and the seller to ultimately finalize the purchase.
