We worked with Brenda to purchase a new home. This was a bit of a journey that starting with looking at a terrible house. To Brenda's credit, when it was clear that the house had issues, she didn't try to make a silk purse out of a pigs ear. We looked a few other houses and she was always accommodating and pleasant. In fact, she referred us to a terrific home inspector. Bottom line, she was wonderful!

She provided me with contact names/numbers to call for inspections, questions for our County, etc. My son (Scott) lives in Kentucky, so Jeneane would include him in emails and texts to keep him in the loop of everything. If he had questions, he would call her also. Scott was very impressed with how she handled the entire process also. Jeneane is truly a "top notch" Agent.
