He was able to get my parent’s house on the market quickly and priced it right to sell. There was a lot of work to be done on the house and we did not want to take responsibility for it. Jeremy also helped me to make sure the utilities were transferred to the new buyer as my elderly father was having difficulty doing so. I gave him a five star review because he went above and beyond to help me sell my parents home. The title team even helped to re-draw POA letters so I could sign for my parents. He has experience as a Realtor and was able to guide me through some unforeseen challenges. Convinced me to stay the course when I wanted to give up, he was right , sale went through as planned. We got market value in 3 months! When we are ready to sell our own home in Andover we will be reaching out to Jeremy Ellingson again.

Rosalind provided excellent advice to help us prepare our house for sale and then gave us helpful suggestions as to when to put it on the market. She produced a good video highlighting various features of our house and communicated with us throughout the process. Rosalind walked with us from preparation through closing. We recommend her!
