We contacted Jeff in February of 2026 to get help selling my sister's condominium in Coon Rapids, Minnesota. He immediately began to get the process started. He explained the process to us. In five days, we had 2 offers. Jeff walked us through what each offer was about. We accepted one. 25 days later, the sale was complete. We ran into some snags, but he diligently and persistently made contact with the agency from which we needed to get information. Every step of the way, he reassured us, helped us ,and explained tough requirements. We very much appreciated his service to our family through his vocation.
