We are forever grateful to Michelle for leading us in the selling process of a family home after the death of a father. She provided strong market knowledge, constant communication, the guidance throughout our whole process. She also has strong professional relationships and got us connected to the best title company (who ended up helping us with some attorney led probate work). We could have never gone through all that was necessary without Michelle’s expertise and knowledge. She’s so compassionate. She was an excellent communicator and was always by our side. In our case, we were selling to a family member and Michelle listened and guided and knew how to make this work the best to benefit both sides. We are so grateful to Michelle. She’s a true professional in this business and we highly recommend her.

Sandra was a great help in selling my dad's house. He had been in the house for 49 years, so needed a lot of informations about the process of selling a house and Sandra was so patient and helpful. She clearly outlined what we needed to do on our end and helped us find resources for some of the work that needed to be done to prep the house. She was a great advocate for us when negotiating with the buyers and got us our asking price, which was higher than we thought it would be before we started the process.

"I have known Mary for over 20 years. What I can say about her is she is the best realtor I have known. She is responsive, sharp, and genuinely cares about her clients. She found my dream home and my mom's dream home too. I highly recommend her!"

Working with Mike was a great experience from start to finish. As first time homebuyers, having him in our corner made a world of difference. He was there for us every step of the way, always punctual, super knowledgeable, and ready to answer any questions we had. Beyond being professional, Mike is just a really friendly, easygoing guy with a great sense of humor. We connected with him right away, and he helped make the whole process feel manageable and straightforward. We couldn't have asked for a better realtor.

I am a retired real estate lawyer, a real estate broker and I have developed over 2,500 residential lots in the Twin Cities, yet I knew that when it came to selling our home, we needed a specialist, so we hired Mark and Liz. They did an excellent job. They gave us accurate advice on pricing, helped us stage the home and actively marketed the home. They followed up with buyer's brokers to obtain feedback and kept us informed. They then helped us to evaluate offers. Once the home inspection was completed, they put us in touch with trades people who could timely and economically make the repairs. We give them our unqualified highest recommendation.

Becca excelled in her attention to detail by assisting with staging using her experience in marketing to make the best first impression to buyers. She built a trusting relationship by responding to all our questions in a timely manner. Her and The Eaton Group team kept current to what the housing market was doing and kept a realistic view to guide us throughout the selling process. Becca has proven she has high integrity and will treat her clients in a professional manner.
