I had the best time house hunting with Eric (aka Swanny). I had bought and sold 6 different properties and this was the first time I used a realtor, and I couldn’t have had a more positive experience. He was unbelievably patient as we looked at 32 places. At every single home we went to, Eric told me where the nearest grocery store, hardware store and restaurants to try were. He has an encyclopedic knowledge of the Cities never once did he use Maps. It was really helpful having him drive; I was able to ask questions about the houses and neighborhoods, all the while being able to look around to take in as much as possible. When I couldn’t find a place in the neighborhoods I thought I wanted, he would send listings in places I wouldn’t have thought to look in. He did a great job of listening to what I wanted, asking clarifying questions and not once did he mansplain! I was coming from out of state for a limited time and he and his company made the process seamless, there wasn’t one hiccup.

Tom was a thoughful and helpful agent through the entire process of selling this property. From before we listed it, through closing he was always available to answer questions or help us understand what was needed to ensure the property was accurately listed and that interested parties would connect with it. As a church selling property, Tom's understanding of the additional steps necessary to make a sale were key to helping the council and congregation comfortable and supportive of this sale. I would highly reccommend him to anyone looking for a commercial agent, especially non-profits or houses of worship.

We were first-time sellers and knew little about the process. Susan walked us through all the steps, offering not just advice but options and explaining things well. She also came up with solutions when we hit some snags. Communication was excellent as she made sure we knew what would happen and when. We were very glad to hire Susan.

Sarah was highly recommended by family members who had used her in the past. My experience is that she was very, very knowledgeable and knew the market well. She worked very hard at staging my mom's condo for showings and photos (not easy because condo was in need of rehab). She wrote a great listing. She answered my questions and gave me guidance when needed. She replied immediately every time I contacted her. I have the utmost faith and confidence in Sarah and will highly recommend her to any of my friends and family members.

Becca excelled in her attention to detail by assisting with staging using her experience in marketing to make the best first impression to buyers. She built a trusting relationship by responding to all our questions in a timely manner. Her and The Eaton Group team kept current to what the housing market was doing and kept a realistic view to guide us throughout the selling process. Becca has proven she has high integrity and will treat her clients in a professional manner.

We cant recommend Haeley enough if you are looking for a realtor. She has quickly turned into someone that we not only respect, but deeply admire. When you are selling or buying a house, you want someone who is a good communicator because SO many questions will arise. Haeley is excellent at responding and helping answer anything and everything that comes up. She is thorough, very knowledgeable, fair and just an all around hard worker. Selling or buying a home is a big deal, finding someone to help you do that who is trustworthy is imperative - that is Haeley.

Lisa was a wonderful realtor to work with for first time home buyers. She made us feel comfortable and ensured that we understood the process every step of the way. It was so much fun to go into homes with her; she made the experience very personable. She would often point out and notice certain things that we wouldn't have thought of or considered otherwise. Her knowledge on what to look for, the process, and how to move forward if we hit a road bump took a lot of weight off our shoulders!
