Nicole rolled out the red carpet for us from the very beginning. We were out-of-state buyers, and that never seemed to challenge her, she’s one of the most efficient and hard-working people I’ve met. If you need something done, she gets it done, and makes you feel great about it along the way. Most of our showings happened over video calls and she always made sure to record and save everything for us to review. When I flew in one weekend to see some houses in person she made the absolute most of it driving me through the different neighborhoods, showing houses all day, and answering every question I had about each area and the buying process. Once we found the house we wanted, she knew all the small tweaks to make on the offer to put us ahead of any competition, and knew that submitting quickly would boost our chances. She worked directly with our lender to pull it all together within hours. She also has a fantastic network, our inspections were scheduled and completed so fast. And even after closing she’s continued checking in and offering great recommendations for updates and fixes on items that came up during inspection. We could not recommend her more! She’s also a property manager so she has a really good understanding of the single family, multi family, and rental markets.

We were first-time sellers and knew little about the process. Susan walked us through all the steps, offering not just advice but options and explaining things well.
