Most of our showings happened over video calls and she always made sure to record and save everything for us to review. When I flew in one weekend to see some houses in person she made the absolute most of it driving me through the different neighborhoods, showing houses all day, and answering every question I had about each area and the buying process. Once we found the house we wanted, she knew all the small tweaks to make on the offer to put us ahead of any competition, and knew that submitting quickly would boost our chances. She worked directly with our lender to pull it all together within hours. She also has a fantastic network, our inspections were scheduled and completed so fast.
