Nicole rolled out the red carpet for us from the very beginning. We were out-of-state buyers, and that never seemed to challenge her, she’s one of the most efficient and hard-working people I’ve met. Most of our showings happened over video calls and she always made sure to record and save everything for us to review. When I flew in one weekend to see some houses in person she made the absolute most of it driving me through the different neighborhoods, showing houses all day, and answering every question I had about each area and the buying process. We first had Michelle come out to our house and give an appraisal. We weren’t ready to sell, but she was able to talk us into fixing a few things up and getting it on the market.
