Nicole Golts was amazing to work with. Our family had an Empty Lot and some Homes we wanted to sell in Anoka. As soon as we sat down with her, everyone agreed she was our Agent. A few days later we met and she presented us with Folders containing all the information on the property, what her plan was for getting the lot sold and how to proceed forward. Her preparation leading up to the Property hitting the Market is intense. She does Flyers (which she hands out in the neighborhood), she did Drone photoage to show exactly what the lot looked like, she photographed the lot and surroundings.
