A wonderful friend and neighbor recommended Lynn Fellermen. Lynn really knows the area and spent time listening to all of my parents concerns. We were overwhelmed at the prospect of trying to get the house ready for showing and the stress of having people come through. My parents don't get around very well and that would have been very hard on them. Lynn and Ben (the other agent) went out of their to make things as easy as possible. They have excellent knowledge of the local market and with all their contacts they were able to find the right buyer for us immediately. Lynn was always quick to respond to inquiries and very thorough with her explanation. Lynn arranged for us to work a wonderful woman, Lisa Quigley from The Title Group, to do my parents closing. Lisa and Ben came out to my parents new place so parents would be as comfortable as possible. I'm so grateful to Lynn, Ben and Lisa for all thier hard work and kindness. They made something we were dreading into a really good experience!

We had the pleasure of working with Logan on our recent home purchase that required a 1,700 mile relocation. Logan was always available and checking in through the whole process as we juggled all the variables that come with new jobs, daycare, and home selling. He listened to our wish list and budget on the new home and had a great understanding of the area; which we greatly leaned on due to the relocation. When timelines changed he was quick to pivot. When we found the place we loved he wasted no time reaching out to the seller's agent and arranged for a showing so we could tour the home via facetime. Terri, his colleague (and mom), was able to lend her additional years of experience and her time to ensure any questions we had were answered efficiently between the two of them: they make and amazing team! Logan was right in step with the agent selling our home which really helped keep our heads straight through the selling/buying process. We found a home that is perfect for our family and I do not think we could have had a better home buying experience than we did with Logan by our side!
