My experience with purchasing my first home was great! I feel like the agent was knowledgeable about the market and the budget I had in mind for my first purchase. We looked at a variety of single family homes in the twin city metro area which is what I had in mind. Overall it was a positive experience and I felt like my agent did a good job.

At every step in the home buying process, Logan demonstrated a high level of professionalism. His work ethic and market knowledge make him a no brainer to work with, would recommend to friends/family.

We had the pleasure of working with Logan on our recent home purchase that required a 1,700 mile relocation. Logan was always available and checking in through the whole process as we juggled all the variables that come with new jobs, daycare, and home selling. He listened to our wish list and budget on the new home and had a great understanding of the area; which we greatly leaned on due to the relocation. When timelines changed he was quick to pivot. When we found the place we loved he wasted no time reaching out to the seller's agent and arranged for a showing so we could tour the home via facetime. Terri, his colleague (and mom), was able to lend her additional years of experience and her time to ensure any questions we had were answered efficiently between the two of them: they make and amazing team! Logan was right in step with the agent selling our home which really helped keep our heads straight through the selling/buying process. We found a home that is perfect for our family and I do not think we could have had a better home buying experience than we did with Logan by our side!

My needs were heard and a search was set. The process was clear and concise. Anything that was needed from me was communicated effectively and I understand the expectations. I would recommend Logan as he is flexible and willing to help out in any matter!

Being a first time homebuyer, Logan was able to guide me in the right direction for what I was looking for. He answered any questions I had throughout the process, no matter the time of day/night. He kept me up-to-date with how the market was fluctuating and what would best suit my interests. He also took a lot of the stress off my shoulders so I could focus on other key things to make buying a home simple and easy. Overall, Logan did an amazing job and I will definitely be going through him for my next house purchase!

This team went above and beyond my expectations! After losing our Father Christmas Eve, we were forced to have to sell our childhood home, our dads house. Terri and Logan made this process so smooth for us. They were both very sensitive to our emotions, they had amazing communication, simple affordable ideas that brought up the value, and most importantly they went at OUR pace. We had an offer that exceeded the asking price within 5 days. Bitter sweet to see the home gone, but so very thankful to have had Terri and Logan by our side through the entire process. I would HIGHLY recommend either one of them. You will be so happy you did!!
