Jim helped research the road project to understand the timing of completion, had a great network of contractors to help prep the house for new owners, and helped with negotiations with the buyer during the inevitable back and forth proceeding the sale of a home. Jim managed both sales while we were away on travel and residing in another state. Both homes were listed within our expected timeframe and sold above what I thought they would sell for. Jim added value to our sales and helped us complete our sales goals in a timely manner. Would recommend working with him for home sales.
