She was recommended to me from my daughter & I would highly recommend her to anyone.

We had tried to sell our very unique house numerous times in the past 2-3 years. A few realtors, and once on our own, all of which produced little interest and no viable offers. Kirk came in with confidence and a plan driven by data points he had a firm grasp on. Everything from when to list and when to launch mini-marketing campigns to draw more interest. He was transparent and honest with us on all our questions. He was the main reason we secured a buyer to complete the sale of our house.

We cannot recommend Nick enough!  Throughout the entire process, he was patient, supportive, and made home buying enjoyable, judgment-free, and exciting. When we felt discouraged ( because we were picky 🙄) , Nick helped us stay hopeful and reminded us that the right home was out there. Thanks to his dedication, we finally found our forever home. Nick was also amazing with our two-year-old son, Jamie. While my husband and I talked through homes and plans, Jamie always loved spending time with Nick. It meant so much to work with someone who genuinely cared about our whole family. Nick didn't just help us buy a house, he helped us find our home. We are incredibly grateful and will recommend him to everyone we know. If we ever needed another realtor, Nick would be our first call.

We would highly recommend Kathy, Sarah and their team! They sold our home in 14 days after the listing date! They have an unbelievable work ethic, great negotiating skills and communicated quickly and answered all our questions and concerns through the whole process. Lisa was a wonderful realtor to work with for first time home buyers. She made us feel comfortable and ensured that we understood the process every step of the way. It was so much fun to go into homes with her; she made the experience very personable. She would often point out and notice certain things that we wouldn't have thought of or considered otherwise. Her knowledge on what to look for, the process, and how to move forward if we hit a road bump took a lot of weight off our shoulders! She was also great at keeping our best interests in mind and advocating our needs to the other side. We couldn't have asked for anyone better to share our first experience as homebuyers with!
