Jack was my agent on three Estate properties: farmland acreage, a lake front cabin, and a much larger lake front property with a 4500 square foot home. All competitively priced and outside the metro area. Both houses were over 30 years old, in good shape, well lived in, lots of lakeshore, quiet neighborhood, asking was in the $300K and $600K range. Farmland was below $100K. Jack sold all 3 properties for over asking. All 3. It doesn't get much better than that. He's an excellent negotiator. Jack also worked hard to get us the right offer and clearly communicated the difference between each offer and gave recommendations, while allowing us the space to choose what made the most sense for us.
