Jack was my agent on three Estate properties: farmland acreage, a lake front cabin, and a much larger lake front property with a 4500 square foot home. All competitively priced and outside the metro area. Both houses were over 30 years old, in good shape, well lived in, lots of lakeshore, quiet neighborhood, asking was in the $300K and $600K range.
