Jack was my agent on three Estate properties: farmland acreage, a lake front cabin, and a much larger lake front property with a 4500 square foot home. All competitively priced and outside the metro area. Both houses were over 30 years old, in good shape, well lived in, lots of lakeshore, quiet neighborhood, asking was in the $300K and $600K range. Farmland was below $100K. Jack sold all 3 properties for over asking. All 3. It doesn't get much better than that. He's an excellent negotiator. Affable, instinctive, takes a creative but strategic approach to selling what you need sold. Great network; great contacts. Sale was hastle free. Friendly and helpful the house was sold quickly His assistant, Bridgett was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with any small issues that came up. Bridgett kept us well informed of the processes that were neccessary to complete the sale of the house

If you're looking to sell your house, Jack is the best. Not only did he help us sell our house in only 48 hours, but because he strategically thought through the best way to price our house and get it on the Market, we had over 50 walk through's within the first 24 hours and received 14 offers within that time frame! Jack also worked hard to get us the right offer and clearly communicated the difference between each offer and gave recommendations, while allowing us the space to choose what made the most sense for us. He was also really detailed in explaining the selling process, when most wouldn't take the time to do so.
