Not only did he make the referral that was instrumental in selling our oceanfront cottage in Cannon Beach, Oregon, but he also went above and beyond helping us buy our lake home while we were still in Cannon Beach. Jim helped us sell a duplex in NE Minneapolis and a home in North Minneapolis. Jim approached both sales with prompt attention and got work moving quickly. Jim helped research the road project to understand the timing of completion, had a great network of contractors to help prep the house for new owners, and helped with negotiations with the buyer during the inevitable back and forth proceeding the sale of a home.
