Mark is amazing! We were first home buyers as we had been living in the city in apartments for many years. Mark walked us through every step and made us feel extremely comfortable. He always answered any and all questions! Even with the craziness of the market, he always kept a very positive outlook for us while still being very honest. His confidence and knowledge of the market made sure that we were making the right and smart offer! After receiving a referral to Mark from our...

After receiving a referral to Mark from our financial manager who had used Mark for his home sale, we elected to give Mark a call to see what he could offer. Mark explained his process and told us what he would do to sell our home. Mark was confident that he could sell our home quickly and in the price range we wanted. We decided to contract with Mark, and after a few days of prepping, photo taking, etc., he listed our home. We had viewings scheduled the following day and an attractive offer the day after that, which we accepted. We are very pleased with how Mark handled our sale from our initial meeting with him and throughout the process. I would recommend Mark to anyone looking to make a real estate transaction.

When we first met Emily we told her it would be...

When we first met Emily we told her it would be probably a year before we purchased a home as we were just beginning our search. That did not phase and she treated us everyday with amazing service and keeping us in the loop on market trends, upcoming homes, pre market etc. She listened to our needs as a family and tailored our search to one that would not waste time in seeing things that did not meet our needs or that were out of line on budget. Her expertise lead us to our home that we love and were able to be one of the first in when it came to market. Emily is a true professional and will take the time to care for all her clients at all times. Using a local expert like Emily is a decision you will not regret.
