Mark is amazing! We were first home buyers as we had been living in the city in apartments for many years. Mark walked us through every step and made us feel extremely comfortable. He always answered any and all questions! Even with the craziness of the market, he always kept a very positive outlook for us while still being very honest. He has over 22 years of experience honing his skills as an agent. I felt particularly fortunate because in addition to being the agent I chose, he was also a neighbor. He has worked with many people in the neighborhood and possesses an intimate knowledge of the vagaries and history of our street and the surrounding area. He gets results. He knows what sells, what needs to be done in order to enhance a property and how to price appropriately. Additionally, because of his many years in the business, he has developed relationships with a vast number of skilled trades' people who are happy to work with his clients and get the property ready to be put on the market. To get my house ready, we refinished all the hardwood floors, painted the entire interior, replaced some light fixtures, made sure all the mechanicals were up to code and gave the entire interior a thorough cleaning. We cant recommend Haeley enough if you are looking for a realtor. She has quickly turned into someone that we not only respect, but deeply admire. When you are selling or buying a house, you want someone who is a good communicator because SO many questions will arise. Haeley is excellent at responding and helping answer anything and everything that comes up. She is thorough, very knowledgeable, fair and just an all around hard worker.
