She does her research and knows the market extremely well. I ultimately settled on a condo and she handled all the negotiating and transactional stuff expertly. We cant recommend Haeley enough if you are looking for a realtor. She has quickly turned into someone that we not only respect, but deeply admire. When you are selling or buying a house, you want someone who is a good communicator because SO many questions will arise. Haeley is excellent at responding and helping answer anything and everything that comes up. She is thorough, very knowledgeable, fair and just an all around hard worker. Selling or buying a home is a big deal, finding someone to help you do that who is trustworthy is imperative - that is Haeley.

It was sparkling and staged and I got a solid offer 30 hours after it was listed. I was fortunate enough to work with Daren in both buying a condo and selling my house. He was there with me throughout the process using his excellent negotiating skills, guiding me through some difficult decisions and educating me. It all paid off in the end. I have absolutely no reservations recommending Daren.
