We found one 2 blocks from where they live, and Barbara was wonderful in handling all the details, checking out the townhouse for us, and arranging for painting and other work. Karen is what every agent should be. Forthright, honest, dedicated, and a hard worker. When I had to come back to KY and leave everything solely in her hands when I sold my winter home in FL she stayed on top of everything.
