We looked for a home for a while and when we found the right one, Tara helped us navigate the joys of purchasing and selling a home. It can be a stressful process, but when you have someone like Tara who you trust and helps you navigate the challenges, you can focus on what is important to you. She was an amazing business partner being responsive, caring, and understanding of many aspects of buying/selling a house.

Sarah was highly recommended by family members who had used her in the past. My experience is that she was very, very knowledgeable and knew the market well. She worked very hard at staging my mom's condo for showings and photos (not easy because condo was in need of rehab). She wrote a great listing. She answered my questions and gave me guidance when needed. She replied immediately every time I contacted her. I have the utmost faith and confidence in Sarah and will highly recommend her to any of my friends and family members.

We were first-time sellers and knew little about the process. Susan walked us through all the steps, offering not just advice but options and explaining things well. She also came up with solutions when we hit some snags. Communication was excellent as she made sure we knew what would happen and when. We were very glad to hire Susan.

We cannot recommend Nick enough!  Throughout the entire process, he was patient, supportive, and made home buying enjoyable, judgment-free, and exciting. When we felt discouraged ( because we were picky 🙄) , Nick helped us stay hopeful and reminded us that the right home was out there. Thanks to his dedication, we finally found our forever home. Nick was also amazing with our two-year-old son, Jamie. While my husband and I talked through homes and plans, Jamie always loved spending time with Nick. It meant so much to work with someone who genuinely cared about our whole family. Nick didn't just help us buy a house, he helped us find our home. We are incredibly grateful and will recommend him to everyone we know. If we ever needed another realtor, Nick would be our first call.

We cant recommend Haeley enough if you are looking for a realtor. She has quickly turned into someone that we not only respect, but deeply admire. When you are selling or buying a house, you want someone who is a good communicator because SO many questions will arise. Haeley is excellent at responding and helping answer anything and everything that comes up. She is thorough, very knowledgeable, fair and just an all around hard worker. Selling or buying a home is a big deal, finding someone to help you do that who is trustworthy is imperative - that is Haeley.

Mike and his group were amazing throughout the process. They were instrumental in us buying our townhome in Minneapolis and selling our house in Maple Grove. They removed all the stress out of what can be a stressful process. Do not hesitate you use them for your real estate needs!

Karen Daly is truly knowledgeable about the local housing market and helped us price our home just right, which helped with selling quickly. She is so wonderful at communicating clearly along every step of the process. She’s attentive to the details and helped us immensely with prioritizing the things that we needed to work on to prepare our home. Her positive attitude is contagious and we think that she had a genuine interest in helping us sell our home. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

The stars were aligned when I met Lisa. I couldn't have found a better agent or person with whom to enjoy my experience finding a home for my mother. I know from the first few minutes chatting with her at an open house that she was an honest, smart, insightful and overall highest quality person; someone who you just want to spend your time with and get to know better. Lisa was quick to get to work, she met with me to get a sense for my needs and helped me discover that I was open to other options for mom that I hadn't considered. I ended up purchasing a condo when I thought I was only looking for a townhome. Without Lisa, I would have never gotten there, and this was truly the best fit for mom. What a gem Lisa is.
