Sarah was highly recommended by family members who had used her in the past. My experience is that she was very, very knowledgeable and knew the market well. She worked very hard at staging my mom's condo for showings and photos (not easy because condo was in need of rehab). She wrote a great listing. She answered my questions and gave me guidance when needed. She replied immediately every time I contacted her. I have the utmost faith and confidence in Sarah and will highly recommend her to any of my friends and family members.

We were first-time sellers and knew little about the process. Susan walked us through all the steps, offering not just advice but options and explaining things well. She also came up with solutions when we hit some snags. Communication was excellent as she made sure we knew what would happen and when. We were very glad to hire Susan.

We cant recommend Haeley enough if you are looking for a realtor. She has quickly turned into someone that we not only respect, but deeply admire. When you are selling or buying a house, you want someone who is a good communicator because SO many questions will arise. Haeley is excellent at responding and helping answer anything and everything that comes up. She is thorough, very knowledgeable, fair and just an all around hard worker. Selling or buying a home is a big deal, finding someone to help you do that who is trustworthy is imperative - that is Haeley.

Lisa was a wonderful realtor to work with for first time home buyers. She made us feel comfortable and ensured that we understood the process every step of the way. It was so much fun to go into homes with her; she made the experience very personable. She would often point out and notice certain things that we wouldn't have thought of or considered otherwise. Her knowledge on what to look for, the process, and how to move forward if we hit a road bump took a lot of weight off our shoulders! She was also great at keeping our best interests in mind and advocating our needs to the other side. We couldn't have asked for anyone better to share our first experience as homebuyers with! We will definitely be recommending her if anyone is in need of a great realtor. :)

Karen Daly is truly knowledgeable about the local housing market and helped us price our home just right, which helped with selling quickly. She is so wonderful at communicating clearly along every step of the process. She’s attentive to the details and helped us immensely with prioritizing the things that we needed to work on to prepare our home. Her positive attitude is contagious and we think that she had a genuine interest in helping us sell our home. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

We cannot recommend Nick enough!  Throughout the entire process, he was patient, supportive, and made home buying enjoyable, judgment-free, and exciting. When we felt discouraged ( because we were picky 🙄) , Nick helped us stay hopeful and reminded us that the right home was out there. Thanks to his dedication, we finally found our forever home. Nick was also amazing with our two-year-old son, Jamie. While my husband and I talked through homes and plans, Jamie always loved spending time with Nick. It meant so much to work with someone who genuinely cared about our whole family. Nick didn't just help us buy a house, he helped us find our home. We are incredibly grateful and will recommend him to everyone we know. If we ever needed another realtor, Nick would be our first call.
