He has worked with many people in the neighborhood and possesses an intimate knowledge of the vagaries and history of our street and the surrounding area. He gets results. He knows what sells, what needs to be done in order to enhance a property and how to price appropriately. Additionally, because of his many years in the business, he has developed relationships with a vast number of skilled trades' people who are happy to work with his clients and get the property ready to be put on the market. To get my house ready, we refinished all the hardwood floors, painted the entire interior, replaced some light fixtures, made sure all the mechanicals were up to code and gave the entire interior a thorough cleaning. It was sparkling and staged and I got a solid offer 30 hours after it was listed. I was fortunate enough to work with Daren in both buying a condo and selling my house. He was there with me throughout the process using his excellent negotiating skills, guiding me through some difficult decisions and educating me. It all paid off in the end.
