Selling and buying homes is extremely stressful. This is especially true for a single mom who needed to downsize after her next was empty. In and ddition, I recently lost my father and had all of my family's "treasures" in addition to the American Girl doll collection I'd have to move. It was very emotional and I can't imagine working with me was easy for Rita! Rita knew exactly what I was looking for and paid close attention to listings that would meet my specific requirements. She helped me explore similar options and kept an eagle eye on the development I hoped to move into. Thanks to Rita I got every one of my "Must Have's" on my list when searching for my condominium. Rita also gets along well with the other realtors and vendors you need to use during a move. I hired each one of them because she vetted their work and price. I know that Rita can do a fantastic job for a large family or a soon to be retired empty nester. Two thumbs WAY UP for the house selling and buying process - she does them both very well!
