Counselor Realty Inc. - Arden Hills

Mary made every step of the home buying process so easy! Anytime I had questions, she was there to give me a call and ease my concerns. The experienced lenders and title companies she recommended made the process go smoothly as well. I was in my home in less than 2 months from my first showing! If you’re looking for an experienced and knowledgeable agent, I would recommend going with Mary. Her personalized approach was just what I needed when buying my first home! Thank you, Mary!

Long story short I never though I would be where I am today, living in my own home. Buying your first house goes from looking at places to tons of paper work and emails in a flash. Mary was there for me every step of the way from showings and putting in an offer, to helping me find a home inspector and chimney sweep. When ever we talked next steps she always broke it down simple and sweat as far was what I would need to do or prepare. She was in my corner the whole time and I felt alot better about the process knowing that. If your looking for your first or another home Mary Hansmeyer will make the stress of the whole situation very managable and make sure things are getting taken care of correctly, and on time.

Mary was so knowledgeable about properties, neighborhoods, and even with resources needed for after purchase. She made even the tough parts about purchasing a home a breeze, never a break in communication. We would recommend Mary 1000%, without a doubt!

I recently purchased a new home with Mary as my agent, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. What truly set her apart was her patience, knowledge, and exceptional ability to ask the right questions throughout the entire process. Rather than steering me toward any particular property, she took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and helped me clarify my own priorities. Her thoughtful questions enabled me to make truly informed decisions at every step of the way - from neighborhood selection to final negotiations. Her professionalism was evident in how she handled all aspects of the transaction, and her patience was remarkable. She never rushed me, even when I needed extra time to consider options. The home-buying process can be overwhelming, but her guidance made it manageable and even enjoyable. I am loving the process of settling into my new home and couldn't be happier with my purchase. I highly recommend Mary.
