Mike was very integral to our home buying process. He guided us through what was a hectic process and made sure that our intentions were communicated to the seller properly. He treated us with respect and kindness. His advice were spot on when looking at houses and made sure that we were able to get the best possible outcome in the process. On our closing day, we were in an accident on the way to the title company, Mike made sure that we were safe and came to the site of the accident and got us to the destination. The man knows his job and he does it extremely well. Thank you for making the process a little easier for us.

Mike reached out to me early on in my home buying experience, before I really understood the process to come. He quickly began to inform me of the procedures ahead and effectively communicated the steps to take and how to complete them. We met weekly, usually at home tours. My buying process took over 6 months due to the market at the time and Mike was more than helpful keeping me informed on housing trends, prices, new properties, good deals, bad deals, tips and tricks, etc. He is an absolute professional of the trade with years and years of experience. Simply put Mike truly made my home purchasing experience a fun and enjoyable time. I am very pleased with the service he provided me and my home purchasing experience.

We have been working with Mike to find our first house. Mike has been great to work with when ever we have questions he was there to get us the answers we needed. Mike was so helpful in helping find us our first house to purchase and was great to work with always making sure the house we looked at had the things we were looking for. We plan on keeping in touch with Mike, so if we decide to sell our house in the future.

Our experience with this realtor was disappointing overall. Throughout the home-buying process, we felt there was very little guidance or support in helping us identify suitable properties or evaluate homes effectively. During showings, the realtor often appeared unfamiliar with important details about the properties and was unable to answer many of our questions confidently. Scheduling was also difficult, as availability for showings was not very flexible, which made an already stressful process more challenging. Additionally, there were multiple occasions where our offers or price ranges were laughed at or dismissed, which came across as unprofessional and discouraging rather than constructive. We were hoping for a realtor who would provide knowledgeable advice, strong communication, and a more collaborative approach throughout the process, but unfortunately that was not our experience.
