We had an amazing experience working with Mike Hamerski and truly couldn’t have asked for a better realtor through the home-buying process. We started the process from Puerto Rico which could have been stressful, but Mike made the entire process feel smooth and manageable. Mike remembered our favorite styles, likes, and dislikes and made sure to point those characteristics out as we looked at our different options, even on virtual home tours. He took the time to walk us through every step, making sure we understood everything along the way. His communication was excellent, which gave us so much peace of mind being so far away. We couldn’t have asked for anyone more knowledgable, communicative, or patient. Mike is well-rounded, has a wealth of experience (from multiple angles within the industry) and, more importantly, he knows how to share it. He helped us buy our first home and was able to teach us a lot about homebuying in the process. There was many many extra hoops and jumps to go over for buying my first house with Mike. Throughout all of it he was responsive and let me know what was needed as soon as he knew. Buying the house I now live in would have been nearly impossible as a single person working full time without the tireless work and communication from Mike. Beyond grateful for all the help he gave and how he gave it with a smile and cheerful attitude. If I need to buy a home a again I’ll be looking for Mike.

Her advice, and expertise, on procedures and also of the area, which was new to us, was above and beyond what we expected in a realtor. Ms . Jones help prepaee me to be buyer ready both through financial consul around debt as well as seeking best home purchase balancing my wants with my needs.. She posseses extremely in depth knowledge of market trends which include community growth and family livability.. Not once did I feel pressured to accept a choice or encouraged to look outside my comfort.. I would recommend her for first time, move up or transitioning buyers. Lastly she is not afraid to look under the roof(sinks, attics, electrical or other habitability areas buyers should be concerned about. She also has a great team for financing and closing your deal.. I have referred at least 3 potential buyers this year!!!
