Sadagah is by far the best agent i had worked with , she trully love what she do, wich by the way is helping people find what theyre looking for. She does much more than what other agents do. She walks the extra mille to help her clients. (living proof of this here ;)) She found me a home, wrote me a lease and even found me a tenant.. what else I would ask from her? I've bought two properties with her already. I'm an investor and i'm very glad I found this agent to help me increase my portifolio in the North Minneapolis area, I cant imagine someone better than her to help me. Dylan made the home buying process easy, enjoyable, and understandable from start to finish. As first time home buyers, we did not know where to begin, but he made sure we knew everything we needed and was extremely responsive and knowledgeable about every question we had. If he didn't know the answer to something, he would quickly figure it out and get back to us. When we were viewing homes with him, he would set up showings for us as soon as possible, was flexible with our schedule, and he proved to have extensive knowledge of not just the local real estate market, but also an understanding of the quality of the houses and how much work they might need to help us better grasp what we were dealing with at each property. Once we found the home we wanted, he helped us with the offer, negotiation, and closing as well to make sure we got a fair deal and he recommended excellent people to work with for each part of the process. I truly enjoyed working with Dylan and have him to thank for helping us find our wonderful home!
